Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with every Rujani Tea purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

• You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.

• Perishable goods (opened tea packs) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• To initiate a return, email info@rujanitea.se with your order reference number (e.g. CB-1234A) and reason for return.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Swish, card, or Klarna).

• Swish refunds are sent to the number used at the time of payment.

• We do not charge restocking fees.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

• Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is covered by Rujani Tea.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
