Terms of service

By purchasing from Rujani Tea you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Products

• All teas are food products. Please check ingredients if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

• Product images are for illustration — minor variations in packaging may occur.

• We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice.

Pricing

• All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 12% VAT (food products).

• Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment

• We accept payment by Swish, card (via Stripe), and Klarna.

• For Swish payments, your order reference (e.g. CB-1234A) must be included in the payment message.

• Orders are confirmed only once payment is received and verified.

• Rujani Tea is operated by Shoonya AB. Your Swish payment recipient will show as Shoonya AB — this is correct.

Tea Tasting Sessions

• Bookings for Rujani Tea Pub sessions (650 SEK per person) are confirmed by email within 24 hours.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

• Rujani Tea reserves the right to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability

• Rujani Tea's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. You also have the right to use the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN — arn.se) for alternative dispute resolution.
